Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-20

1. Service

KEEPER operates two services: (a) Professional Headshots — generating professional headshot images from photos you upload, purchased as a one-time package; and (b) Product Visual Studio — a studio for generating AI product photography, accessed through a monthly or annual subscription and/or a one-time credit pack. This is a digital-only service; no physical goods are shipped.

2. Your responsibility

You confirm that the photos are of you, or that you have permission to use them — whether portrait photos or product images. The service must not be used to impersonate others, create ID or passport photos, misrepresent employment, credentials, or authority, or to infringe copyright in product images you do not own or are not permitted to use.

3. Payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payment is verified by the connected payment provider. A credit is the usage unit for image generation; one image at standard settings consumes about 26 credits, and the exact amount varies with the model and resolution you choose.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month and annual subscriptions renew automatically every year, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile on the site, or in writing to the contact details below; cancellation stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Monthly credits granted under an annual subscription are allocated each month and do not carry over between months unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.

5. Credits and free trial

One-time credit packs do not expire. A generation that fails for technical reasons is automatically credited back with the credits charged. Free trial credits have no cash value, are for evaluation only, and images generated with them may carry a watermark.

6. Privacy and data deletion

The processing of images and personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Source photos are stored privately in your account while it is active and are not deleted automatically. You can have your source photos and generated images permanently deleted at any time by contacting us through the contact page.

7. Limitation of liability and results

The service is provided as-is. Images are generated using artificial intelligence, so output varies and is not guaranteed. We do not take responsibility for customer satisfaction with the result, its subjective quality, or its fit to the customer's preferences. The service is accepted as-is, including the inherent limitations of AI image generation.

8. Cancellation policy in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law

This is a distance-selling (internet) transaction under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder. Under the law, the transaction may be cancelled in writing within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms below. Because this is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase with your express consent, and its delivery consists of digital content:

(a) Cancellation before performance begins — if a written cancellation notice is received before we begin generating your images, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

(b) Cancellation after partial performance — if the transaction is cancelled after the service has been partially performed, you will receive a refund for the part not supplied, less the proportional value of the part already performed.

(c) Full performance with express consent — if the service was fully performed during the cancellation period with your express consent, and it was made known to you at the time of purchase that because the service consists of digital content that is not returned, you are not entitled to cancel the transaction once performance is complete and no refund will be issued.

(d) Cancelling a subscription — a subscription can be cancelled at any time as described in section 4. In addition, subject to the Consumer Protection Law: written cancellation within 14 days of a charge for a period not yet used entitles you to a partial refund for the unused period; and the statutory cancellation grounds under sections 14b–14c of the law (including mismatch, defect, misrepresentation, or a notice of changed terms) apply with the periods and conditions set out in the law.

Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the email listed in the next section. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation notice. In addition, a full refund will be given where a technical fault on our side prevents delivery of the images entirely. A technical fault does not include a case in which you are dissatisfied with the result; as stated in section 7, we are not responsible for customer satisfaction with the final result.

9. No advertising of prohibited sites and illegal content

We hereby declare that this site does not advertise, promote, or link to gambling sites, pornography, or any other illegal activity. We do not display any advertising of any kind from such sites, and using the service for these purposes is prohibited. Any attempt to use the service to produce content for prohibited sites will be terminated immediately without a refund.
