Privacy

Your privacy is a product feature. Here's plainly what we collect, why, and who works with your data.

What we collect

Account details (name and email); the images you upload — portrait photos for professional headshots, and product and model images for the product studio; your order settings (styles, background, outfit, and similar); and basic payment information (amount, status, transaction ID). We never see or store full card details — payment is handled by the payment provider.

How your images are processed

The images you upload are sent over an encrypted connection to third-party AI providers (including Google and OpenAI), which generate your images on our behalf. These providers process your images only to deliver the service. We do not sell your images, do not use them to train our own models, and do not publish them.

Storage and retention

Source photos are stored privately in your account and are kept while your account is active, so you can reuse them in new shoots. They are not deleted automatically. Generated images remain in your private gallery for at least 30 days from creation. We recommend downloading the images that matter to you.

Deleting your data

You can have your source photos and generated images permanently deleted at any time — contact us via the contact page and we'll remove them promptly. Only payment/accounting records required by law are retained.

Third parties

Besides the AI providers, we use a payment provider to process transactions and an email delivery service. Each receives only the information needed for its role.

Analytics

We track funnel events and attribution to improve the product, without exposing images or unnecessary personal data.

Security

Your images are stored in private storage and are not accessible without an authorized signed link tied to your account.
